Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to oversee formulation operations and execute batches in a cGMP environment. This role reports to the supervisor and supports formulation activities, equipment operation, in-process monitoring, and batch-record documentation.

The ideal candidate has experience in regulated manufacturing, proficiency with automated equipment, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of automated and semi-automated equipment (pumps, mixers, etc.).
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to follow detailed instructions and communicate with team members.
• Demonstrated attention to detail with batch records and controlled documentation.
• Basic problem solving and mathematical skills (weights, measures, conversions).
• Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform start-up, equipment operation, batch execution, material handling, cleaning, housekeeping, and line clearance to maintain a cGMP environment.
• Collaborate with technicians to resolve production issues including batch setup and documentation.
• Monitor process execution and material levels to ensure successful production on the floor.
• Perform clean in place and steam in place per SOPs.
• Set up and operate single-use connections and equipment.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and lean activities (5S, process improvement).
