Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Manufacturing Technician II to support packaging operations in a cGMP environment. You will operate machinery, perform in-process monitoring, and assist with line clearances and quality inspections.

You will document batch records, follow safety procedures, and contribute to lean initiatives. This role requires basic math, English proficiency, and ability to work in a fast-paced production team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong documentation and batch recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to read, write and understand English, interpret SOPs.
• Experience with SAP and validated data entry processes.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and 5S.
• Commitment to safety procedures and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery and materials flow in line with cGMP.
• Monitor equipment status, set up, and calibrate as needed.
• Perform in-process inspection, sampling and line clearances.
• Maintain accurate batch records and logbooks in SAP/WES.
• Assist with cleaning, housekeeping and inventory control.
• Participate in safety procedures, LO TO and waste handling.
