Job summary

Resilience US, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company in the United States, seeks an inspector for regulated manufacturing environments. You will perform visual and automated inspections, ensure product quality, and support GMP compliance across the production line.

The role requires meticulous documentation, adherence to SOPs, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting. This position is on-site in Ohio and involves working with cold rooms and material handling

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to detect visual defects and perform repetitive inspection tasks with accuracy.
• Working knowledge of product security controls and material handling equipment.
• Documentation and data entry skills with batch records and logs.
• Basic math skills and ability to read SOPs and work instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned inspection machinery and monitor equipment status for smooth product flow.
• Perform manual visual, cosmetic, and physical inspection of materials and escalate defects.
• Start-up equipment, make minor adjustments, remove jams, and assist with cleanings.
• Move materials with pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Transfer materials in/out of cold rooms and maintain cGMP environment.
• Support lean activities and process improvements; identify deviations and improvements.
• Perform inventory control using SAP and maintain records.
