Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Manufacturing Technician II to support inspection operations in a regulated environment. This role requires operating inspection equipment, performing visual checks, and maintaining batch records in a fast-paced setting.

The position emphasizes cGMP compliance, material handling in controlled spaces, and ongoing process improvement with lean principles.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to detect visual defects and perform repetitive inspection tasks.
• Basic math skills and batch record familiarity.
• Must read, write and understand English for SOPs and records.
• Strong documentation and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned inspection machinery and service automated equipment.
• Perform visual, cosmetic and physical inspection of materials; escalate as needed.
• Start-up equipment, perform minor adjustments, and assist with cleaning for cGMP.
• Transfer materials in/out of cold rooms and manage line clearance.
• Record data (OEE, batch records) and maintain SAP documentation.
