Job summary

RBC Bearings Incorporated in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Manufacturing Tech I to support the liner process and ensure safe, efficient production. You will set up and operate machines, read drawings, and perform quality checks while maintaining a clean, compliant work area.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, can read and write English, follows detailed instructions, and is willing to work overtime.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED required.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must follow detailed instructions, do accurate work at a rapid pace and meet scheduling deadlines.
• Manual dexterity and the ability to carry out complex, repetitive tasks quickly and methodically.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery in support of the production process.
• Read blueprints/engineering drawings and perform operations per specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
• Complete daily production logs and required equipment maintenance checks.
• Comply with internal quality systems and procedures.
