Job summary

RBC Bearings Incorporated is seeking a Manufacturing Tech I to support the liner process and ensure safe, efficient production. You will set up and operate equipment, read drawings, and follow documented procedures to meet specifications.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED required.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must follow detailed instructions, do accurate work at a rapid pace and meet scheduling deadlines.
• Manual dexterity and the ability to carry out complex, repetitive tasks quickly and methodically.
• Available to work overtime as required.
• Work on feet for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery in support of the production process.
• Perform operations per specifications on drawing/print and documented procedures.
• Complete daily production logs as required.
• Complete required equipment maintenance checks.
• Comply with internal quality systems and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
