Innova Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for a full-time contract in Malabar, FL. The role involves joining engineers for set-up and calibration, performing rework and quality testing, and making on-line adjustments to products and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and IPC 610/J Standard certifications, with torque tool familiarity. Eligible applicants must be able to work on a W-2 basis.

Qualifications

• J Standard and IPC 610 certified; torque tool experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform functions across manufacturing operations with engineers for setup and calibration.
• Conduct rework and quality testing for parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• Use programs to collect data and make online adjustments to products or equipment.
• Assist in developing methods or procedures to control or modify manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with engineers during experiments.

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a ManufacturingTechnician.

Position Type: Full-Time Contract, Possible Contract to hire
Duration: 12 months
Location: Malabar, FL 32950
Schedule : 4/10s Mon-Thu

Shift Time: 5:00AM-3:30PM

As a Manufacturing Technician you will be:

• Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
• Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
• Works with engineers in conducting experiments.

Ideal Candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• J Standard and IPC 610 Certified. Torque tool experience, hand and automated.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $20 to $23/per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
