• Assist with equipment installation, validation, and qualification activities.
• Monitor production data and adjust processes to improve yield and reduce downtime.
• Conduct quality testing and rework of components and finished products.
• Develop or revise manufacturing procedures and work instructions.
• Train and certify production employees on processes and equipment.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, fixtures, and equipment to meet goals.
• Follow safety, quality, ISO, and regulatory requirements.

Manufacturing Technician

Location: Arden Hills, MN

Pay: $36.50/hour

Are you experienced in manufacturing, automation, robotics, or production equipment support? We are hiring a Manufacturing Technician to support advanced manufacturing operations in a high-quality, regulated production environment.

The position focuses on equipment, process improvement, troubleshooting, validation, and technician-level manufacturing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations, production processes, and equipment performance.
• Partner with engineers on equipment setup, calibration, testing, and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions to improve quality and efficiency.
• Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and equipment calibration.
• Assist with equipment installation, validation, and qualification activities.
• Monitor production data and make process adjustments to improve yield and reduce downtime.
• Conduct quality testing and rework of components, subassemblies, and finished products as needed.
• Develop or revise manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and documentation.
• Train and certify production employees on manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, fixtures, and equipment to support production goals.
• Follow all safety, quality, ISO, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree plus 3+ years of related manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supporting robotics, automation equipment, manufacturing equipment, or production systems.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with process improvement, equipment validation, and manufacturing support preferred.
• Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus.
