Job summary

Staffmark Group in Alexandria, MN is seeking a Fabrication Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will deburr, drill, tap holes, and perform sheet metal fabrication while following standard work instructions and safety procedures.

You must have a high school diploma or GED; experience with production, laser and waterjet knowledge is preferred. The role offers strong pay, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits, with both day and night shifts.

Now hiring for a Fabrication Technician

Location: Alexandria, MN

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Days: 5 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Thursday and 5 AM - 12 PM Friday
• Nights: 3:30 PM - 2 AM , Monday - Thursday

Education Requirements

Job Duties

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Fabrication Technician.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
