Advantage Technical is seeking a mechanically inclined Associate Manufacturing Technician to support highly automated production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Acton, MA. This hands-on contract opportunity emphasizes machine operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

You will work weekend shifts on 12-hour schedules, monitor processes via HMIs, perform quality checks, and contribute to continuous improvement while following GMP, safety, and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with automated equipment and computer-based systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math skills and ability to read and follow documentation.
• Experience with robotics, automated assembly, HMIs, cleanroom manufacturing, or medical device production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and perform basic maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot machine faults, clear stoppages, and support equipment repairs
• Monitor production processes using HMIs
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers and gauges
• Maintain material flow and ensure production schedules are met
• Generate work orders and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Support equipment validation, new product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow GMP, safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized production environment

Schedule:

• Weekend Days | Friday - Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Weekend Nights | Friday - Sunday | 6:00 PM - 6:00AM

Pay: $26.40 - $30.00 per hour

We are seeking a mechanically inclined Associate Manufacturing Technician to support highly automated production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on contract opportunity is ideal for candidates with machine operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, or manufacturing experience who enjoy working with advanced automation and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers and gauges

• Follow GMP, safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

Physical Requirements
