Advantage Technical is hiring a Manufacturing Technician in Arden Hills, MN. The role focuses on supporting advanced manufacturing operations, equipment setup, calibration, testing, and process improvements in a regulated production environment.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree with 3+ years in manufacturing, experience with robotics or automation equipment, strong mechanical skills, and familiarity with equipment validation and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 3+ years in manufacturing or equivalent.
• Experience with robotics, automation equipment, or production systems.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with process improvement and equipment validation preferred.
• Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations, processes, and equipment performance.
• Partner with engineers on equipment setup, calibration, testing, and improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions to improve quality and efficiency.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and calibration.
• Assist with equipment installation, validation, and qualification activities.
• Monitor production data and adjust processes to improve yield and reduce downtime.
• Conduct quality testing and rework of components and finished products.
• Develop or revise manufacturing procedures and work instructions.
• Train and certify production employees on processes and equipment.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, fixtures, and equipment to meet goals.
• Follow safety, quality, ISO, and regulatory requirements.
