Job summary

TALENT Software Services is recruiting for an onsite Manufacturing Technician role in Arden Hills, MN. You will support manufacturing operations, collaborating with engineers during setup and calibration tasks, and perform rework and quality testing for components and final assemblies.

Your responsibilities include strict safety adherence to QSR and ISO standards, maintaining quality processes, and working with technicians and engineers on process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3 years with AA degree or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
• Robotics/Automation equipment support experience
• Preferred: 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Med device experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Observes and complies with all safety rules and regulations, including QSR and ISO Standards
• Maintains compliance to the Quality Policy and all documented quality processes and procedures
• Work with other technicians and engineers on process improvement and project execution
• Identifies and implements corrective actions for manufacturing related issues
• Performs equipment setup and calibration/maintenance as necessary
• Installs and validates equipment and processes in production to improve yield or reduce cycle time
• Evaluates operating data to make on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment
• Certifies manufacturing associates in production processes
• Evaluates and orders necessary equipment, tools and fixtures

About the role:

Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Work with other technicians and engineers on process improvement. Some experience of project execution.
• Identifies and implements corrective actions for manufacturing related issues.
• Performs equipment setup and corrective, preventive and calibration maintenance as necessary.
• Installs and validates equipment and processes in the production area to improve yield and/or reduce cycle time following the established validation procedure.
• Evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. May develop or revise documents and procedures.
• Certifies manufacturing associates in the production processes.
• Evaluates and orders necessary equipment, tools and fixtures.

Required qualifications:

• 3 years with AA degree or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
• Robotics/Automation equipment support experience

Preferred qualifications:

• 2- 4 Years Of Relevant Experience Preferred
• Med device preferred
