Qualifications

• 7–10 years of plant manufacturing experience in high-volume or complex production environments.
• Site Manufacturing Engineering leadership experience across refurb, delining, drivetrain, automation, and capacity-expansion workstreams.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end capital projects from scope to vendor management and startup.
• Strong cross-functional engineering support for major initiatives like automation deployment and line reconfiguration.
• Experience driving capacity, throughput and productivity improvements via process optimization.
• Expertise in HSE-focused engineering including machine safety and risk mitigations.
• Technical leadership in automation and advanced manufacturing with post-launch stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing engineering team.
• Own capital project delivery with safe, on-time, on-budget execution.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, HSE, and Planning to drive site transitions.
