Job summary

Clayton is hiring a Team Leader for the production facility in Texas. You will lead the flow and operation of your assigned area, provide direction to team members, and ensure safety and adherence to policies. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Strong communication and leadership skills are essential. You will partner with Area Coordinators and TMs to cover duties, maintain materials ready, and report critical information to management.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical and reasoning skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to get along with diverse personalities.
• Ability to function in a fast paced environment.
• Able to push, pull, bend, and lift at least 50lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the flow and operation of the assigned production area.
• Provide direction to team members within the production facility.
• Lead toolbox meetings and ensure proper staffing for the area.
• Ensure safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Area Coordinators and team members to cover duties and maintain production.
