Job summary

Clayton Manufacturing in Waycross, GA seeks a Team Leader to oversee daily production departments under the Area Coordinator, driving a safe, efficient, and defect-free home building process.

You will lead a responsive team, participate in hiring, conduct safety training, and ensure quality through routine inspections and 5-minute cleanups. Strong leadership and communication are essential; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• College degree in a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years construction experience required.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety culture and audit programs.
• Lead daily huddle and coach team members.
• Read and check off production orders.
• Inspect materials and communicate needs to AC.
• Participate in hiring and ongoing training.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and ensure ISO14001 initiatives.
• Support team initiatives and leadership development programs.
