Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Willingness to transfer across departments when necessary.
• Clear, effective communication.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices and OSHA regulations to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Work in a team to meet quality standards and productivity goals.
• Protect and maintain assets; keep areas clean and orderly.
• Assist Team Leader to plan activities and communicate material shortages and quality issues.
• Perform other duties assigned.
