Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends.
• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated hourly team, fostering an environment where they can perform at their best and feel empowered.
• Act as a safety champion, enforcing regulations and promoting vigilance.
• Direct a team to meet high-quality production targets and continuously improve performance.
• Apply data-driven decision making to reduce downtime and defects and optimize throughput.
