Qualifications

• Union negotiations experience
• Competent in the use of data for decision making
• Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated ability to resolve diverse problems

Responsibilities

• Confirm standards are in place and applied across the plant.
• Develop, coach, and support to achieve SQDCPME objectives.
• Coach teams, resolve abnormalities, and validate closure of concerns.
• Plan maintenance tasks and drive improvement and coaching opportunities.
• Create a culture of learning through effective communication and team respect.
• Create a proactive, performance-driven culture and recognize team accomplishments.
• Ensure basic administrative activities are completed.
