Job summary

OSI is seeking a production supervisor in a manufacturing environment to lead a team, assign tasks, train workers, and support safety, quality and production goals.

You will set up and inspect production equipment, perform checks, diagnose problems, and maintain records while ensuring a clean, compliant work area. Starting pay is $26.00/hour with overtime eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• On-the-job experience with process flow, quality, efficiency, safety and organizational requirements.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assigns employees to workstations and tasks.
• Train staff and check performance for quality and safety.
• Assist with safety, quality and production goals with supervisor.
• Set up and inspect production equipment; perform pre-op checks.
• Diagnose production problems and initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain production records and ensure clean work area.
