Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead to guide a 5-10 person production team. You’ll drive performance, champion safety, and ensure quality and traceability on the floor.

You’ll align shifts to company goals, coach team members in real time, and apply QMS standards to deliver consistent results while promoting continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Solid technical foundation from hands-on experience, certifications, or production expertise.
• Experience leading a manufacturing team and driving continuous improvement.
• Familiar with safety, quality, and traceability requirements.
