Job summary

OSI INDUSTRIES, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage facility-level operations, ensuring goals in quality, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction are met. You will lead a team, including 1–5 direct reports and 50–60 indirect, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate across departments such as Quality, Safety, HR and Maintenance.

You should bring 5–10 years in operations, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in an operations role.
• Experience supervising teams in a food processing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team and have authority to hire and performance-manage.
• Lead 1-5 direct and 50-60 indirect employees.
• Set department objectives for quality, safety, productivity, and cost.
• Develop methods to monitor department activity and KPI attainment.
• Provide reporting, training, direction, and resources to managers.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards.
• Collaborate during new process/product development and with customers.
• Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Coordinate activities across Operations, Quality, Safety, HR and Maintenance.
• Understand and implement safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
