Job summary

OSI Industries, LLC is seeking a Production Operations Manager to oversee facility-level production, ensuring quality, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes leading a small team and driving continuous improvement across production processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new manufacturing methods, monitor KPI performance, and manage costs while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in related field preferred.
• Supervising and managing departments and individuals involved in food processing preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with employees at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with organization in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Manage a production team with authority to hire and performance-manage.
• Lead/supervise 1-5 employees in the production department.
• Set objectives in quality, safety, productivity, and cost with continuous improvement.
• Develop methods to monitor activity, KPI attainment, and inventory accuracy.
• Provide reporting and guidance to management to achieve department objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
