Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a strategic Production Leader to oversee multiple supervisors and manufacturing operations at one site. You will drive continuous improvement, uphold the Quality Management System, and partner with R&D and Product Development to ensure safe, on‑time production.

The role requires a proven track record in manufacturing leadership, Lean deployment, and strong KPI delivery.

Formación

• Accomplished track record leading production teams in manufacturing environments.
• Experience implementing Manufacturing Excellence and Lean practices.
• Strong ability to develop KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee production activities for defined product lines at a manufacturing site.
• Lead multiple Production Supervisors and direct reports to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.
• Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System and EH&S protocols.
