Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Production Supervisors and operators across defined product lines.
• Sustain and optimize ongoing production with focus on quality and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and monitor KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity).
• Align with site leadership on goals and annual planning; manage performance reviews.
• Engage with customers and internal teams to support new product launches and changes.
