Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to lead a value stream, drive continuous improvement, and deliver key business results. The role supervises a small crew and coordinates with matrix support functions to maintain product quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in manufacturing, and 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years in supervisory or leadership roles.
• Strong business acumen and budgeting knowledge.
• Ability to manage budgets and financials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead A3 Plan / A3 projects for manufacturing crew.
• Deliver business metric results (SQDCP) using a tiered management system.
• Provide direct leadership to value stream team leads and production employees.
• Provide indirect leadership to other support functions (matrix organization).
• Coach, feedback and development to manufacturing crew and Team Leads.
• Ensure the desired product quality levels through standard work and training.
• Promote hands-on problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Establish an inclusive environment with high morale and performance.
