Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Value Stream Team Lead I to direct daily production operations and mentor a team of 5-40 associates. You will apply AMS tools, drive continuous improvement, and maintain visual management to meet safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost targets.

You will lead training, coordinate cross-functional resources, and ensure standardized work across shifts while supporting other production areas as needed. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent manufacturing operations experience.
• Strong Lean, 5S and problem-solving background.
• Experience leading a production team and coaching.
• Experience in AMS tools and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production line activities and meet SQDC metrics.
• Coach and train 5-40 production associates.
• Maintain visual management tools and drive CI.
• Lead Tier One meetings and communicate effectively.
• Support other production areas as needed.
• Complete safety, quality, and standard work audits.
• Participate in MCA corrective actions.
