Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a production supervisor to ensure continuous flow, meet planned output, and maintain high safety and quality standards. You will engage Tier 1 teams, escalate issues, and drive process improvements across the value stream.

The role includes leading AMS projects, coaching employees, and coordinating with supervisors to optimize performance and cross-training, ensuring visual management and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in manufacturing operations.
• Lean training or certification preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the continuous flow of production to meet planned output while following operations standards (safety, quality, delivery, cost, maintenance).
• Identify issues, engaging the Tier 1 team in resolution and escalate to Tier 2 as needed.
• Facilitate training and development of production employees with clear expectations on performance, AMS, quality and safety.
