Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in manufacturing operations.
• Lean training or certification preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety, and maintenance basics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the continuous flow of production to meet planned output while following safety and quality standards.
• Provide coaching and feedback, and maintain cross-training to utilize employee capabilities.
• Lead AMS projects and maintain visual management tools to drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively in daily Tier 1 meetings and support other production areas as needed.
• Complete audits and corrective actions from the MCA process; enforce safety procedures.
