Job summary

Infosoft Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Draper, UT to manage high-volume recruitment for entry-level manufacturing roles.

You will screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate onsite interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. You will spend most of your time screening candidates, while also sourcing, building candidate relationships, and presenting opportunities clearly to applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in HR, Business, Psychology or related discipline.
• 1–5 years of recruiting experience; 1–2+ years preferred.
• High-volume/bulk recruiting experience is strongly preferred, manufacturing recruiting is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume recruiting for entry-level manufacturing positions (Assemblers, Machine Operators, Production, Warehouse, Logistics).
• Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess experience, skills, availability and fit.
• Spend about 80% of time on candidate screening and 20% on sourcing.
• Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Attract qualified candidates through job boards, databases, networking, referrals and sourcing.
• Ask effective screening questions to identify qualified candidates and reduce no-shows.
• Communicate job responsibilities, work environment, shift requirements and opportunities to candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting information.
