Job summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Draper, Utah on a 6-month contract. The role involves finding, interviewing, and screening applicants to fill current and future openings and promoting career opportunities within the organization.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs, build pipelines, and guide candidates through the selection process using databases, networking, and referrals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent training required.
• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or staffing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Duration: 6 Month Contract

Pay Range: $23-28/hr

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a team in Draper, UT on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will find, interview, and screen applicants to fill current and future job openings, and promote career opportunities within the organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their business needs and bring qualified talent into the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

Essential Job Duties and Job Functions:

• Search for qualified candidates based on job criteria, using databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and employee referrals
• Interview applicants to gather information on work history, training, education, and job skills
• Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection decisions
• Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities within the organization
• Prepare and maintain employment records

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work-related activities
• Basic knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and training
• Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning
• Experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
