Job summary

Intervala, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. You will own the full-cycle recruiting process, from requisition through offer and onboarding, for manufacturing and office support roles.

You will develop creative sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to fill positions quickly and effectively while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Strong ATS/HRIS skills and ADP Workforce Now experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience using ATS/HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned positions from requisition through offer and onboarding.
• Develop and execute candidate sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and events.
• Proactively source passive candidates and build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Coordinate and facilitate onsite and virtual interviews with hiring managers.
