Steves & Sons is seeking an experienced Recruitment Compliance Specialist (Manufacturing Recruiter) to support recruiting for hourly manufacturing and skilled-trades roles. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding, partnering with managers and HR to meet staffing timelines.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, building pipelines and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting hourly production employees.
• Experience recruiting warehouse, maintenance, skilled-trades, and manufacturing roles.
• Experience managing full recruiting lifecycle independently.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for hourly manufacturing, production, warehouse, maintenance, skilled-trades, and related positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand staffing needs, requirements, timelines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, community outreach, referrals, events.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume manufacturing roles.
• Screen applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and teams.
• Support recruiting efforts for related manufacturing roles and events.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and ATS records.
• Ensure consistent recruiting practices per company policies.
