Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Associate degree in a focused technology field preferred but not required.
Experience in advanced manufacturing, automation, or machine operations is needed.

Responsibilities

Lead advanced manufacturing operations and support production teams to ensure efficiency and safety.
Oversee programming, setup, and maintenance of automated equipment; work from CAD/blueprints.
Monitor KPIs (on-time delivery, quality, takt time, machine utilization) and drive improvements.
Train new production employees and provide ongoing technical guidance to staff.
Maintain equipment logs and coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, and vendors.
