Job summary

Stoughton Trailers in Wisconsin seeks a Manufacturing Technician II to lead advanced manufacturing operations, support production teams, and ensure equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety. You will work with CAD models and production programming software, train operators, and drive continuous improvement through data on KPIs such as on‑time delivery, quality, takt time, and utilization.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Associate degree in a focused technology field preferred but not required.
Experience in advanced manufacturing, automation, or machine operations is needed.

Responsibilities

Lead advanced manufacturing operations and support production teams to ensure efficiency and safety.
Oversee programming, setup, and maintenance of automated equipment; work from CAD/blueprints.
Monitor KPIs (on-time delivery, quality, takt time, machine utilization) and drive improvements.
Train new production employees and provide ongoing technical guidance to staff.
Maintain equipment logs and coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, and vendors.
