Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's preferred in HR/business.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting in manufacturing is advantageous.
• Ability to read and interpret job requirements, shift needs and compliance rules.
• Strong communication, organization and speed in filling positions.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates for hourly production and salaried roles across shifts.
• Coordinate interviews, skills tests, drug screens and background checks with HR.
• Present offers and discuss pay, benefits and start dates with candidates.
• Maintain ATS updates and provide managers weekly status reports.
• Onboard new hires and support retention efforts in early employment period.
• Ensure compliance with EEO, I-9 and Illinois pay transparency requirements.
