Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a Recruiter to support hourly plant openings across the Hegins and Millersburg facilities. You will manage hourly requisitions, review applications, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate onsite interviews while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

The Recruiter will partner closely with HR, Hiring Managers, and Plant Leadership to support current and future hiring needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Manufacturing recruiting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and recruiting regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting efforts for hourly manufacturing positions at both the Hegins and Millersburg plants.
• Post and manage hourly openings and monitor applicant flow.
• Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers to assess job requirements and fit.
• Conduct phone interviews and present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
