Job summary

Wenthe-Davidson Engineering Co. in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring across our manufacturing organization.

You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, craft postings, source candidates, interview, and guide candidates from first contact through onboarding. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HR with manufacturing experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and strong knowledge of HRIS and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive human resource experience, including 2 years of full-cycle recruitment in a manufacturing environment.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Experience working in an integrated HRIS with recruitment functionality.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues at various levels of the organization.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and handle sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for positions across the organization, from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
• Create and maintain job postings and recruitment materials reflecting position requirements and employer branding.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, events, and other pipelines.
• Conduct phone interviews, assess qualifications, coordinate interviews, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the HRIS.
• Support compliant hiring practices with documentation and adherence to laws and policies.
• Maintain regular candidate communication from first contact through onboarding.
