Job summary

Inox Solar Americas is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for our Greenville, NC production, manufacturing, and warehouse workforce. You will own requisitions from intake to offer, build a high-volume candidate pipeline, and support salaried office staffing with targeted sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
• Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Strong organizational skills and data-driven recruiting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly production, assembly, and warehouse roles.
• Recruit for salaried office and administrative positions with job postings and screening.
• Manage candidate pipelines, interview loops, and stakeholder scheduling.
• Partner with plant leadership to understand headcount and shift requirements.
• Coordinate on-site hiring events and track recruiting metrics weekly.
• Extend offers, coordinate pre-employment screening, and onboard new hires.
