Job summary

Premier PV is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Talent Acquisition Lead in attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent across our manufacturing operations. You will recruit both hourly production employees and salaried professionals, partnering with hiring managers to execute strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience preferred.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried recruiting is strongly preferred.
• Manufacturing, industrial, production, engineering, or operations hiring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates to fit business needs.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate movement.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategies.
• Assist with offers and pre-employment activities.
• Build talent pipelines for ongoing needs.
• Maintain ATS records and recruiting metrics.
