Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience and full-cycle sourcing.
• Experience recruiting for staff and management roles in industrial or manufacturing settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws including EEO, FLSA, OFCCP, and affirmative action.

Responsibilities

• Support full recruitment lifecycle for staff and management positions.
• Manage internship program and talent pipeline development.
• High-volume requisition load across multiple states and units.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through iCIMS, direct outreach, networking and events.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and represent the company at job fairs.
