Wenthe-Davidson Manufacturing is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in New Berlin, Wisconsin. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers to define roles and build strong candidate pipelines across manufacturing and leadership levels.

This role emphasizes compliant hiring practices, candidate experience, employer branding, and data-driven recruiting metrics. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, HR experience, and strong communication and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Experience using HRIS with recruitment functionality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compensation practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing roles from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruiting strategies.
• Create and maintain job postings and recruitment materials reflecting position needs.
• Source and screen candidates via job boards, referrals, and events.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely updates to candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records in the HRIS and ensure compliance.
• Develop candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR/related field
