Ultimate Staffing in Connecticut is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join a manufacturing client in Fairfield County. You will attract, screen, interview, and onboard top talent, coordinating with hiring managers to meet growth needs.

Responsibilities include developing strategies, building pipelines, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while delivering regular recruitment updates to management. Monday–Friday work hours.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter or similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and compliance requirements.

• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Building relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Screening resumes, interviewing, and assessing candidate fit.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment process from posting to onboarding.
• Sourcing candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Forecasting future hiring needs and developing talent pipelines.
• Providing progress updates and recruitment reports to management.
• Maintaining a candidate database for future opportunities.
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
