Job summary

Terex Corporation is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team, focused on hourly hiring for manufacturing facilities. This remote role reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition located in Milwaukee and is part of the TA Center of Excellence.

You will partner with leaders, lead direct sourcing, manage requisitions, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience, with up to 25% travel as needed and a focus on manufacturing recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting recruitment within a manufacturing environment.
• This is a remote position with a strong preference for a candidate located in central Florida.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess talent needs and advise on hiring strategies.
• Lead recruiting activities through successful hire with a focus on direct candidate identification and sourcing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and site HR contacts to market roles, drive engagement, and utilize referrals and job fairs.
