Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT or manufacturing tech.
• Experience supporting computer systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with MES and ERP systems is preferred.
• Basic PLC and robot troubleshooting skills are expected.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for manufacturing systems, equipment and IT.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot software, OS and hardware.
• Support MES and ERP systems and production reporting apps.
• Respond to production issues and resolve system problems affecting operations.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity for manufacturing devices and industrial components.
• Perform updates, replacements, backups and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, quality and IT teams to improve performance.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures and inventories.
• Assist with deployment of new technologies and process improvements.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering or vendors as needed.
