Job summary

Kroger Manufacturing in Indianapolis, IN seeks an IT professional to provide technical support to management and end-users on-site. You will collaborate with plant and corporate teams to align IT objectives with SQR and our Customer 1st strategy, driving safe, reliable operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining PCs/servers, coordinating LAN/WAN needs, ensuring security compliance, and supporting SCADA and Rockwell systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT networking in a Windows environment.
• Experience with Wonderware SCADA systems.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between plant, technical services and corporate IT.
• Develop annual budget for plant capital and expenses.
• Maintain PCs, thin-clients, servers and LAN/WAN.
• Document programs and updates per ECS and SNAPP.
• Test disaster recovery for plant computer platforms.
• Provide guidance to improve plant floor applications.
• Support servers, networks, industrial devices, and SCADA apps.
• Manage software licenses and PLC/HMI backups.
