The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in supply chain with ERP/MRP proficiency; strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain, purchasing, or operations.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP/NetSuite/Epicor or similar).

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse functions including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead procurement of raw materials and supplier management.
• Manage inventory control, reorder points, and cycle counts.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, finance to align supply chain activities.
• Develop SOPs and lead a cross-functional team.
