Job summary

You will lead a cross-functional team, align supply chain activities with company goals, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making and strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; 5+ years in supply chain, purchasing, or operations with 2+ years in leadership.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Epicor).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Preferred: APICS CSCP or CPIM; lean/manufacturing excellence familiarity; import/export knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse functions: receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping.
• Lead procurement of materials and supplier relationships; issue POs.
• Manage inventory control, cycle counts, and audits; optimize stock levels.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with production, engineering, and finance.
• Provide regular KPI reporting on costs, performance, and risk.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions.
