Standex is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, planning, inventory management, and logistics in a manufacturing setting. The role focuses on delivering on-time performance, cost efficiency, and quality while aligning with business objectives.

You will drive SIOP processes, manage supplier relationships, and coach a high-performing team. ERP/MRP systems will be used to enhance planning accuracy and reporting, with a strong emphasis on compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–12+ years of progressive supply chain experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, demand planning, inventory control, and logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Demonstrated success in process improvement, cost reduction, and supplier management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals and customer demand.
• Drive Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes to ensure cross functional alignment.
• Manage supplier relationships, including selection, negotiation, performance evaluation, and risk mitigation.
• Identify and implement cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and improve KPIs, including On-time delivery, Inventory turns, Forecast accuracy, Supplier performance.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to support production schedules and new product introductions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to improve planning accuracy and reporting.
• Manage supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.

What You'll Bring
