Job summary

Manufacturing is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end operations across procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier relations. You will ensure on-time delivery, optimized stock, and alignment with custom production schedules.

Responsibilities include demand planning, MRP coordination, supplier negotiations, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and sales. A strong background in ERP/MRP and Lean/Six Sigma is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of supply chain, procurement, or operations experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in custom manufacturing components preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals and customer demands.
• Manage demand planning, production scheduling, and materials requirements planning (MRP).
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and production teams to support customized orders.
• Source and manage suppliers for raw materials and components; negotiate terms.
• Optimize inventory levels and implement cycle counting.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and relationships with carriers.
• Identify process improvements and drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and environmental compliance; maintain traceability.
