Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive supply chain or operations leadership in tobacco, food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, management, business or related.
  • Experience leading S&OP, logistics, and supplier management.
  • Experience supporting new product launches.
  • Success in a growing business where leaders are expected to both lead and do.
  • Confidence making decisions without a large support organization.
  • Experience with ERP systems, planning tools, analytics, and Excel. AI experience is a plus.
  • A passion for building systems, developing people, and continuously improving how a business operates.

Responsibilities

  • Partner cross‑functionally to launch new products and transition them into ongoing operations.
  • Improve ERP processes, planning tools, and business systems.
  • Drive performance across service, forecast accuracy, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance.
  • Build strong partnerships with manufacturing, warehouses, logistics providers, and key suppliers.
  • Develop your team while creating a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Balance strategy with execution. You'll improve long‑term processes while solving day‑to‑day operational challenges.

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing the end-to-end management of procurement, logistics and inventory control, to ensure seamless business continuity.
