Job summary

Amcor in Pauls Valley, OK is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead shift production with a focus on safety, quality, service, and productivity. You will manage the team, systems, equipment, and materials per policy and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities include safety leadership, monitoring practices for safety and quality, driving improvements, and overseeing daily production schedules while coordinating with maintenance and engineering to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in operations, production supervision, quality, or maintenance-related roles.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficient computer skills; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities.
• Monitor colleague practices to ensure compliance with safety and quality policies.
• Oversee daily production to ensure production goals are achieved.
• Manage employee timecards and time-off requests to ensure accurate payroll and coverage.
• Foster a High Performance Culture and promote teamwork within each work group.
• Evaluate equipment and material problems and coordinate with Maintenance and Process Engineering to resolve them.
